八点零五分，委员会开会。八点十二分，北门的水位达到危险程度。八点十七分，有人命令电台不要说水坝的事。八点十九分，林远开始广播。八点二十一分，广播被切断。
八点二十四分，南门打开。八点三十六分，下河街的第一批房子进水。
“官方记录说南门九点三十分才打开。”陈可说。
林远点头。“这就是他们需要母带的原因。只要没有声音，任何时间都可以写进报告。”
小雨问：“你为什么保存不了完整的录音？”
“我保存了。”林远回答，“可是我离开镇子时，磁带被人拿走了。”
“谁拿走的？”
林远看向窗外。“我不知道。但是我知道，他们当晚已经准备好另一个版本的故事。”
