王老师找到了十五年前的一张会议照片。照片里有五个人：当时的镇长、一个水坝负责人、一个电台负责人、何工，还有一位年轻的秘书。
照片背面写着：六月十七日，晚上八点。
“这就是应急委员会吗？”小雨问。
“可能是。”王老师说，“当时他们负责决定什么时候发布警报、怎样管理水坝。”
陈可指着年轻秘书。“这个人是谁？”
王老师说：“赵明。他现在是我们的镇长赵文的父亲。”
阿明觉得很奇怪。“如果他只是秘书，为什么照片里没有别人？”
王老师没有回答。他把照片放回信封，然后告诉孩子们不要在学校里讨论这件事。
回家的路上，陈可走得很快。小雨追上她，问她是不是认识赵镇长。
“他是我爸爸的上司。”陈可说，“但是我不知道我爷爷以前做过什么。”
